Feeling better.

Hello all!

Today was a semi-successful day. I'm feeling a lot better and I even made it to the gym today. I only did 20 mins before I had to leave and cough my lungs up, but it was still 20 mins of worthwhile exercise.

I did my weigh in yesterday. It was 92 kgs. I don't know how I lost 2 kilos in 3 days, but nevertheless, I am happy about it.

Food:

B: - healthy biscuit.
- 1 pikelet.

L: - salad, with 3 cocktail frankfurts cut up in it.
- handful of vege chips.

S: - 4 slices of pizza from dinner last night.

D: - some form of casserole I believe.

So yes, went off track with the pizza today. I was just.......craving comfort food I think, and I knew it was there, waiting to be eaten.. well I knew it was there. So I ate it. But, I have come up with a plan to outsmart my pizza-loving side. The ingredients that we use at work, are mostly salads, which don't need to be cooked!!! So I can make a salad at work, and if I feel like having meat in it, I can cook the meat through the oven by itself and add to my salad. I'm planning to attempt it tomorrow.

So that's it for today. Just trying to keep warm, and getting excited for HP part 2 :D
