However, I am feeling a bit better then yesterday, and am going to attempt my shift of 5 hours tonight. Shouldn't be too bad hopefully, especially since I'll have another driver on to help. Hopefully it'll be fairly easy.
My food intake today has already been shot to pieces. I'm going to end up going over my calorie allowance because I ate a donut. But hey, I'm sick, and it was yummy. I'll have a salad for lunch to fill me up, something small for a snack and then go to work.
Food:
Breakfast: - 1 tub yoghurt.
- 2 slice white bread with cheese melted.
Snack: - donut.
Lunch: - a salad.
Snack: - 2 crushkits with cottage cheese.
Dinner: - will most likely end up being pizza.
Going to try and have another sleep before work tonight so I can try to function.
