Wednesday:
Food:
B: - 2 scrambled eggs with 1 piece white toast.
S: - hot chocolate with 1 scone.
L: 2 pizza rolls from woolworths bakery.
S: hot chocolote
D: chicken salad I made at work.
So yes I did discover that it is possible to eat something healthy at work. Just use the toppings that normally go on pizzas, as my salad. It had baby spinach, olives, pineapple, fetta cheese, chicken and capsicum. Very tasty. Very healthy.
Today:

B: -yoghurt with rolled oats.
S: - handful of grapes before I go to the gym.
L: - a soup that the auntie is bringing home. (Chicken soup, with half a toasted bread roll)
S: - a handful of nuts and probably a hot chocolate.
D: - not sure yet....
Exercise: - not sure if I'm going to the gym or not. I'm looking after the littlies atm and I don't like exercising in the afternoon. Also, the 15 min drive into town as well. I will update a bit later.
UPDATE:
I did go to the gym. Went for 40 mins. Exhausted now, but was worth it.
Now I'm going to go watch Charmed and look for witch books on the internet.
