Breakfast: - almonds and dried fruit before gym.
- 1 slice grain toast and 2 scrambled eggs after gym and before class.
Lunch: - chicken nuggets and HALF the box of chips.
- 1 diet coke.
Dinner: - Is going to be soup with one piece of cheesy bread.
Haven't drank much water (need to) but was up at 6am again. Feeling very tired now. But, onward with life and need to spend the next 2 hours doing some study for tests and other such things.
I also went groceries shopping to get some healthy food. It cost me in total $81. I was a bit shocked but whatever. Then I sat down and took all the "extra stuff" (things that you only buy once a month, like deodorant and other such things) and at the end of it all, my bill should only be $22 for a normal week of veggies and fruit and other such healthy things. *Sigh*
