First day of being accountable...

Hi there!

So, so far this morning, it's been a bit of a success. I'm trying to change my morning routine so I get more out of it.

Day so Far:

Got up at 6am.

Did yoga for 15 mins. (Nearly died).

Had yoghurt for breakfast, as I'm going to the gym at 8.


And that's it so far folks. Actually, not true. I did re-read my assignment and then submit it. So hopefully I can now get a pass, otherwise, I'm going to be retaking the damn unit. Praying for a pass.

It's 5.7 degrees here at the moment, and by golly, it feels it. My only consolation is that my car has a heater, and by going to the gym, I'll warm myself up. Yay for consolation prizes.

Now, another factor to discuss... Does anybody have any ideas for "treats" when you lose kilos, as motivation? I've seen different articles abut it, but I'm struggling to think of any for myself. Would love some help on the matter.

Now.. the rest of the day:

Lunch: Calamari and chips (I know, bad, but it was rainy.... and i felt like them... and there was no chicken wraps.)
375ml Diet Coke.

Dinner: Homemade beef stew :)

I was just over my calorie limit for the day, but also considering I exercised 464 of them in the morning, I'm feeling pretty elated. Yes, I also do realise that my lunch pretty much cancels them out. At least I'm trying, right?

Also, Monday's are my weight in day (got the idea from this wonderful lady) and I am 93kgs. Feeling pretty damn proud of myself.

All in all, a successful day. Now I need to implement the morning routine for the next 30 days and I shall be set. Also need to study sometime as well.
