I am posting this in the middle of the afternoon, because I have to work tonight. This also coincides with my study break.
So today:
Breakfast: - hot chocolate and piece of banana bread.
Lunch: - the rest of my should-be-made-illegal chippy dish.
- two diet cokes. (I'm drinking the second one as I write this.
Dinner: - Have no idea yet. I'll be working late, so will most likely end up being a pizza. But, i'll make it a small size with lots of spinach and fetta. Plus a thin base. Because, we all know, that in reality, the size of the dough base and the "normal" cheese is what makes it bad for you.
So, at home, we have a enormous amount of donuts. There was a chocolate covered dinosaur one in there. My favourite type of the iced ones. So I got it out, told myself that one donut for the week isn't bad, and proceeded to eat it. I took two bites and then just looked at it, while thinking "this really doesn't taste that good. Not as good as I thought it would." So I took another bite to convince myself I was dreaming. But nope. Still horrible. So I fed the rest of it to the dogs. Maybe I'm losing my ability to like sweet things.
Also, no, no gym again today. My butt still hurts and the pain has also transferred to my sides for some reason. But, on the plus side, I have done some study. I'm also planning to go do some more, and then do my test for EDLT class. So my two quizzes will be done and I can focus on my essays and exams.
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend and have planned some exciting stuff, as well as down time. We all need down time. Even if we don't think we do, it's best to schedule 15mins in a day for down time. My downtime lasted for 2 hours instead of the one, but that's because I have really bad self-control over watching tv series when I have them on DVD. Especially when it's one I haven't seen before.
