Friday looked like:
Pre-gym: - 1/2 cup grapes
Post-gym: - 2 scrambled eggs, with 1 slice white toast and 1 slice grain toast.
Lunch: - my chicken salad.
- diet coke can.
After exam/arvo tea: hot chocolate from GJ and slice of choc cake.
Dinner: - I did make a pizza.... and then threw it out because I wasn't particularly hungry by the time work was finished.
Today looked like:
Pre-gym: - 1/2 cup grapes
Post-gym/Lunch: - salad, with 3 cocktail frankfurts.
- 600ml coke.
Dinner: -chicken carbonara pizza that I ate out of boredom....
Snacks included: - 3 pieces belgian chocolate, red fruit tea, and a healthy hot chocolate.
In case you haven't realised by now, I work in a pizza shop and it becomes very tempting to eat a slice or two of pizza at about 7pm, and then my brain thinks it's hungry at 9pm.. or when I'm bored because there's little to do.
So that's my exciting post for tonight. On a side note, I have a cat. She is beautiful called Tilly.
