Today's rune cast was Wunjo.
Wunjo is the rune associated with joy. It's other properties also include harmony, fellowship, well-being, self-worth.
I found that today harmony, well-being and self-worth were the most prominent. Harmony was there as I was spending a bit of time with a friend I haven't seen for ages and it was just really relaxing being with her and hanging out. Well-being and self-worth joined themselves up today, as I ate really well for the whole day and also went for a walk. Obviously this falls under the well-being category, but I also feel that it is part of self-worth because when you have self-worth and believe in yourself, you take the time to do these things that are good for you.
Well, that was my forecast. Sorry they've been sporadic, I am trying to overcome that problem. On to other news. Uni is back. I have another prac in 3 weeks. I am trying to avoid Facebook as much as possible for the following week, as well as avoiding the tv. Tonight I am going to the movies so that counts as my technology for today. My phone isn't having a limit because I use it a lot in day to day life so it is the one piece of technology that can stay on. The tv is a pretty big thing for me because I often have it running just in the background while doing stuff on the computer or trying to complete uni work and I don't pay attention to anything so it seems kind of useless keeping it on for background noise.
