I did my weekly weigh-in today. 92kgs. I'm feeling pretty happy with myself. Small steps = long term success.
I also took some pictures of my outfit today, that way I can go through them whenever I'm having a "blah, what do I wear" day.
So some simply nice black pants with a mid-sleeve striped top. (Sorry about the pictures, I don't have a tripod or clicky thing so I had to make do with my shelf and the timer.)
I also had a little cardigan thing over the top and wore my short boots. Was damn comfortable and made me feel great.
My meals today:
Breakfast: - 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of white toast. (felt sick afterwards though)
Lunch: - KFC. Bad, bad, bad. I know.
Dinner: - Some potato stew with cous cous. Should probably go make that now before the children get hungry.
The auntie has gone to guitar lessons, hence why I'll end up cooking.
