I did considered paying a 2 - week gym membership while in coffs but it was going to be about $50 or more. Rip-off. I think I'll go to the beach for a walk instead. Cheaper, and more pretty.
This past week has been filled with good food, partying, dancing, drinking, and chocolate. Overall, not the best week for a healthy, nutritious diet. Or exercise. I think the most exercise I've had this week was dancing last night from 8:30pm - 2:00am. A looonngg time of drinking and dancing.
I'm absolutely exhausted now. Had 3 hours of sleep last night, so feeling the tiredness/sickness of it all. Having an early night tonight for sure. Also a long hot shower/bath. Not sure yet.
So I'm not posting food from the last week because I can't really remember and I've drank enough calories to put me over. Weight was 92kgs on Monday when I did it.
