Ways to Procrastinate on the Interwebs

Not that you should be procrastinating when important stuff needs to be done, e.g. making birthday cards, starting assignments that are due in a week, making sure I'm fully packed to leave tomorrow, etc.

However, I am a firm believer that sometimes you NEED to procrastinate. Now, if only I could stop my procrastination after say 10 mins.

- Spend ages on Facebook. An oldie (now) but a goodie. Browse through friends photos, link to things that make you laugh, basically be a nuisance on your friends news feed.

- Go through old blog posts on your favourite blog. I personally adore Gala Darling, and use the randomise button to bring up wonderful things from the past.

- Browse through iTunes and download fun apps for free. (I'll admit, I've been doing this for the last hour or more.)

- Have a text-marathon with a close friend. Incredibly fun, especially when planning stuff to do with each other.

- Take random, ridiculous photos of everything that catches your eye.

- Flick through old magazines.

- Buy new magazines.

Enjoy your time procrastinating fully.

First Photoshoot of 2010!

This was my first photoshoot attempt. It's of myself and my best friend Nyomi. This was in the backyard underneath the pine trees, in the late afternoon. Nomez and I had been to Tamworth that morning and these were some of the bargains we managed to snatch up.

I had found this black dress that Nomez is wearing. I think the label is Cullen. I can't exactly remember the price of it though.





I'm wearing a dress that reminds me of what the elves would wear through the summer.
It was warm enough for late May though. It's a dark bottle green and grazes the floor when I walk, but I love it to death. A brilliant find and only $10.

Argh Life Gets So Busy.....and then People neglect their Blogs!

Ok ok I know, I know. I'm Bad. I promised you guys, Tilt and Friday Flickr...

And I didn't do them. For that I blame my schedule through the week. However!! Here is this delicious post from Couture Carrie: Have a look at the lolli colours used to inspire this new trend. It is without a doubt Lovely and Edible. Brilliant :D

I Will make it up to you I promise. I'll come up with something totally awesome and out of this world. A short story?? A poem?? A collection of photos?? Who knows...
